When you fill out our form, we collect your first name, email, property ZIP and any notes you choose to add. We never ask for your phone number.

When a calculator result is shown, we store which result and which situation you picked. We store the same with a submitted form. We never store your calculator dollar amounts.

We also record how you found us: the campaign tags in the link you clicked, a Facebook click ID if you came from one of our ads, and the page that referred you. We use this to measure our ads.

We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who may find them useful. The pixel sees that a page was visited, a form was sent, or a calculator result was shown. It does not receive your name, email, ZIP, balances or rates.

We never sell or rent your information. Not to lenders, not to lead buyers, not to anyone.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list.
